Vi is a compassionate Audiologist with 17 years of industry experience. A former Registered Nurse, Vi's career in healthcare spans more than 25 years. She is dedicated to enhancing wellness and improving the quality of life of those she cares for.

Vi completed her Master of Audiology at the University of Queensland (UQ) in 2006 and her Bachelor's in Nursing at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2001. Throughout her career, Vi has provided high-quality care to individuals in Queensland and the Northern Rivers of New South Wales (NSW).
As the founder of Brighter Ears, Vi combines her extensive clinical experience, her genuine passion for helping people, and cutting-edge hearing and communication technology to provide personalised support to her clients.

Tausif is an experienced audiologist with over 14 years of experience in the field of audiology. He specialises in children hearing assessments, cochlear implant, tinnitus management and elderly hearing care. He is dedicated to providing personalised care that focuses on improving hearing and enhancing quality of life.
As the co-founder of Brighter Ears, Tausif brings his extensive clinical experience and patient-centered approach to eveey client, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their hearing needs. By staying at the forefront of technology and treatment options, Tausif is committed to providing the best possible outcomes for his patients.
