At Brighter Ears, we are proud to be an authorized provider under the government's Hearing Services Program (HSP). This program offers fully subsidized comprehensive hearing assessments to eligible individuals. If you qualify, the program will also provide a subsidy towards hearing devices or assistive listening devices, if recommended.

To be eligible for the program, you need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident aged 21 or older, and hold one of the following cards:

​

• Pensioner Concession Card (PCC – Blue Card)

• Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card

• Department of Veterans’ Affairs White Card (hearing-specific)

• Dependent of one of the above cardholders

• Member of the Australian Defence Force

• Referred by the Disability Employment Services (Disability Management Services) program

Please note that a Seniors Health Card does not qualify for services under the HSP program. However, at Brighter Ears, we value your hearing health, and we are pleased to offer you a comprehensive assessment free of charge, even if you do not qualify under the program.
